宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术后COOK球囊对预防宫腔再次粘连的临床效果

目的：探讨宫腔镜下宫腔粘连（Intrauterine Adhesion,IUA）分离术后COOK球囊对预防宫腔再次粘连的临床效果。方法：选取2019年1月～12月来本院接受宫腔镜下IUA分离术的40例患者作为研究对象，通过盲选法分为对照组和观察组每组各20例，术后对照组使用雌孕激素治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加入COOK球囊治疗，对比分析两组患者宫腔再次粘连发生率、术后恢复质量以及术后月经情况。结果：观察组术后6个月宫腔再次粘连发生率（15.00%）、12个月宫腔再次粘连发生率（20.00%）均低于对照组（50.00%、70.00%），显示差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术后6个月AFS评分（4.13±1.12）、12个月AFS评分（3.11±1.15）均低于对照组（6.21±1.32、5.33±1.34），显示差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组闭经恢复率（85.00%）与月经量恢复正常概率（90.00%）均高于对照组（50.00%、60.00%），显示差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：宫腔镜下IUA分离术后使用COOK球囊联合雌孕激素进行治...

Clinical Effect of COOK Balloon After Hysteroscopic Separation of Intrauterine Adhesions on Preventing Intrauterine Adhesions Again

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of COOK balloon after hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesion(IUA)separation on the prevention of intrauterine adhesion.Methods:Select 40 patients who came to our hospital from January to December 2019 to undergo hysteroscopic IUA separation as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group with 20 cases in each group by blind selection method,and postoperative control group using estrogen and progesterone treatment,the experimental group was added COOK balloon therapy on the basis of the control group,and the incidence of re-adhesion of the uterine cavity,the quality of postoperative recovery and postoperative menstruation were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The incidence of re-adhesion in the uterine cavity at 6 months(15.00%)and the incidence of re-adhesion in the 12 months(20.00%)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(50.00%,70.00%),showing that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The AFS score(4.13±1.12)and 12 months AFS score(3.11±1.15)of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(6.21±1.32,5.33±1.34)at 6 months postoperatively,showing statistical differences scientific significance(P<0.05);the recovery rate of amenorrhea(85.00%)and the probability of menstrual volume returning to normal(90.00%)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(50.00%,60.00%),showing that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of COOK balloon combined with estrogen and progesterone after hysteroscopic separation of intrauterine adhesions can reduce the probability of recurrence of adhesions,the recovery of the uterine cavity after surgery is more ideal,and the probability of menstruation returning to normal increases.
