DCE序列在前列腺癌磁共振诊断中的补充价值探讨

目的：分析DCE序列在前列腺癌磁共振诊断方面的补充价值。方法：纳入2019年1月～2020年12月在本院行前列腺常规磁共振+增强扫描，并有穿刺活检结果进行比对的76例男性患者为观察对象，回顾分析所有患者磁共振检查的相关资料。结果：76例患者经穿刺活检证实47例为前列腺癌，29例为良性前列腺增生病变。前列腺癌患者表观弥散系数（ADC）小于前列腺增生患者（P<0.05），有统计学意义；T2WI+DWI+DCE较T2WI对前列腺癌诊断准确率、特异性与灵敏度更高，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：前列腺癌在磁共振检查常规扫描序列基础上应用DCE序列可提高诊断效能，为患者综合干预提供依据。

Supplementary Value of DCE Sequence in MR Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer

Objective:To analyze the complementary value of DCE sequence in MRI diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods:The subjects were 76 male patients who received conventional MRI+contrast-enhanced prostate scan in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,and the results of needle biopsy were compared.The relevant data of magnetic resonance examination of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Of the 76 patients,47 cases of prostate cancer and 29 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were confirmed by needle biopsy.The apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)of prostate cancer patients was lower than that of BPH patients(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.T2WI+DWI+DCE had higher accuracy,specificity and sensitivity than T2WI in the diagnosis of prostate cancer,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of DCE sequence on the basis of conventional MRI scan sequence in prostate cancer can improve the diagnostic efficiency and provide a basis for comprehensive intervention of patients.
