医学图像中包含了大量肉眼不能识别的图像数据,影像组学通过对图像信息的深入挖掘和定量数据分析,在儿童恶性实体肿瘤的鉴别、肿瘤分子表型以及预后预测等方面取得了一定的研究进展,有可能为儿童恶性实体肿瘤的综合治疗提供更为准确的信息,从而有利于临床决策。就基于CT的影像组学在儿童体部常见恶性实体肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。

A review on the progress of radiomics based on CT in common pediatric body malignant solid tumors

Medical images contain a large amount of invisible image data, which can be fully acquired and quantitatively analyzed by using radiomics. Some progress of radiomics have been achieved in the field of pediatric malignant solid tumors, such as identification of tumors, tumor molecular phenotype prediction, prognosis estimation, etc. These progress may provide more accurate information for the comprehensive tumor treatment and clinical decision making. The purpose of this article was to review the progress of radiomics based on CT in pediatric body malignant solid tumors.
