Clinical Effect Analysis of Single-Row Discontinuous Suture and Double-Row Suture Under Rotator Arthroscopy for Rotator Cuff Injury

Objective:The clinical effects of single-row discontinuous suture and double-row suture under rotator arthroscopy for rotator cuff injury were compared.Methods:The 36 patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were divided into the reference group(under arthroscopic single-row intermittent suture treatment)and experimental group(under arthroscopic double-row suture)according to the double-blind selection method treatment),each with 18 cases.The clinical function recovery,re-tear rate and satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups of patients one year after operation.Results:The preoperative ASES,UCLA,Constant,and VAS scores were compared between the two groups,P>0.05,there was no statistical difference.The postoperative ASES,UCLA,and Constant scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before the operation,and the experimental group was higher than the reference group;the postoperative VAS scores of the two groups were lower than that before the operation,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group,P<0.05,the comparison is statistically different.Compared with the reference group,the re-tear rate of the experimental group was lower,P<0.05,there was a statistical difference in comparison.Compared with the reference group,the experimental group has a higher overall satisfaction with treatment,P<0.05,and there is a statistical difference in comparison.Conclusion:Compared with single-row discontinuous suture treatment under arthroscopy,arthroscopic double-row suture is better in patients with rotator cuff injury.
