| Abstract: | Objective:To study the curative effect of Yupingfeng Granule combined with ribavirin in the treatment of child patients with recurrent respiratory infections and its influence on their immune function and inflammation reaction.Methods:86 child patients with recurrent respiratory infections were selected and divided into 2 groups according to a random number table,43 cases per group.The control group was treated with ribavirin and the observation group was added Yupingfeng Granules on the base of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,immune function and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:The IL-5,CysLTs,and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,but CD8+was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination use of Yupingfeng Granules and ribavirin can improve the immune function of child patients with recurrent respiratory infections,promote the regression of inflammation and speed up the improvement of the disease and is safe and reliable. |
