Abstract:Objective:To explore the detection effect of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR on influenza virus.Methods:116 throat swabs and blood samples of influenza virus collected by the center from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into three different groups according to the detection method.They were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,ordinary PCR and enzyme labeling instrument respectively,and finally verified by virus isolation and culture method.Results:The experimental results show that the sensitivity and accuracy of detecting influenza virus by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR is higher than that of traditional serological detection.Conclusion:Although the use of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument in influenza virus detection needs higher cost,using this method can save the detection manpower and shorten the monitoring time of personnel.It can be used in the rapid screening of influenza virus for employees in public places according to the characteristics of PCR detection,thus helping more people to detect pathogens in time and finally launching targeted treatment programs.
