磁共振成像与CT检查诊断膝关节损伤的临床效果

摘    要:目的:比较分析磁共振成像与CT检查诊断膝关节损伤的临床效果。方法:2018年1月~2019年12月选取40例膝关节损伤患者,均采取磁共振成像与CT检查。以患者关节镜手术的结果作为参考依据,比较患者磁共振成像与CT检查总检出率、灵敏度、特异度,Kappa检验磁共振成像、CT与关节镜手术的一致性,比较磁共振成像与CT对十字韧带损伤、骨骼损伤、关节处积液以及半月板损伤等膝关节损伤的临床实际检出率。结果:磁共振成像总检出率(97.50%)、诊断灵敏度(97.44%)、特异度(100.00%)均高于CT(75.00%、76.92%、0),P<0.05,磁共振成像与关节镜的一致性较好(Kappa值=0.724),CT与关节镜的一致性一般(Kappa值=0.542),组间数据差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05);磁共振成像检查对于十字韧带损伤、骨骼损伤、关节处积液以及半月板损伤的检出率分别为100.00%(10/10)、100.00%(14/14)、90.00%(9/10)、100.00%(6/6),均明显高于CT检查的60.00%(6/10)、85.71%(12/14)、70.00%(7/10)、83.33%(5/6),组间数据差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振成像诊断膝关节损伤的临床效果显著优于CT检查,能有效检出十字韧带损伤、骨骼损伤、关节处积液以及半月板损伤状况。
