晶状体超声乳化治疗年龄相关性白内障合并闭角型青光眼

目的 探讨晶状体超声乳化吸出联合囊袋内人工晶状体植入治疗年龄相关性白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼的临床效果.方法 对62例(89眼)年龄相关性白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼行晶状体超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体囊袋内植入加房角分离术治疗,随访3～6个月,平均4.2个月.结果 术后视力明显提高,眼压控制良好.房角镜下见术后房角较术前明显增宽,周边虹膜前粘连范围减小；前房加深.结论 晶状体超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体囊袋内植入加房角分离术可有效提高视力,降低眼压,加深前房并开放房角,是治疗年龄相关性白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼的一种安全、有效的方法.

Phacoemulsification for the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract glaucoma

Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for acute angle-closure glaucoma combined with age-related cataract. Methods Eighty-nine age-related cataract eyes combined with acute angle-closure glaucoma （62 patients） underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implanta- tion combined with goniosynechialysis. Subjects were followed up for 3 to 6 （ mean 4.2） months. Results Postoperative visual acuity was obviously improved, and intraoeular pressure was controlled. Under goniomicroseope, wider anterior chamber angles, reduced range of anterior synechia, and deeper anterior chambers were observed postoperatively com- pared with those preoperatively. Conclusions Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with goniosynechialysis can improve postoperative visual accuracy, reduce IOP, deepen anterior chamber and widen angle. It might be a safe and effective treatment for age-related cataract with acute angle-closure glaucoma.
