老年髋关节置换患者实施出院计划的效果分析

目的探讨对老年髋关节置换患者实施出院计划的效果。方法将骨科209例老年髋关节置换患者按住院号尾数奇偶分组,奇数为对照组101例,偶数为实验组108例,对照组实施传统健康教育,实验组由出院计划小组制订出院计划方案,并对患者及家属实施连续性的评估和干预。结果实验组患者住院天数减少(P0.01),患者及家属满意度提高(P0.01),患者出院时及出院后3个月髋关节Harris评分高于对照组(P0.01或P0.05)。结论对老年髋关节置换患者实施出院计划,能有效促进医务人员与患者及患者家属的合作,促进患者康复。

The effects of discharged planning for elderly patients with hip replacement

Objective To evaluate the effects of discharged planning for elderly patients with hip replacement.Methods Totally,209 elderly hip replacement patients,who were treated at the department of orthopaedics were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received traditional health guidance,the experimental group received discharge planning.Results The hospitalized day in the experimental group was less than the control group （P 〈 0.01）,the patient and family satisfaction increase （P 〈 0.01） and discharge three months Harris hip score were significantly higher than the control group （P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Discharge planning for elderly patients with hip replacement can effectively facilitate the cooperation between medical staff and patients and patients＇ families,shorten the hospitalization days and improve patients＇ recovery.
