摘    要:以光大环保能源有限公司生活垃圾焚烧发电厂为例,用一种新型重金属螯合剂飞卡(FACAR)处理垃圾焚烧飞灰。该螯合剂是一种液状氨基二硫代甲酸型螯合树脂,按一定的投加比经水稀释后与垃圾焚烧飞灰均匀混合,在常温下能与垃圾焚烧飞灰中的重金属反应使其稳定化,同时还与多氯代二苯并-对-二恶英和多氯代苯并呋喃发生常温脱氯反应,使得二恶英类化合物解毒。结果表明:飞灰固化物含水率、二恶英含量及重金属浸出毒性均满足生活垃圾填埋场进场要求。

Abstract:Taking a domestic waste incineration power plant of Everbright Environmental Protection Energy Co.,Ltd. as an example,a new kind of metal chelator Facar was used to treat waste incineration fly ash. This chelator was a liquid dithiocarbamate chelating resin. Waste incineration fly ash was mixed with the chelator which is diluted with water at a certain ratio. Through reaction,it can stabilize heavy metals in fly ash at room temperature. In addition, dioxin-like compounds could be detoxicated by the dechlorinate reactions between the resin and polychlorinated dibenzo-on-dioxin and polychlorinated benzofuran at room temperature.The result showed that water content,dioxin content and extraction toxicity of heavy metals in the fly ash solidification could meet the entering requirements of domestic waste landfill sites.
