摘    要:目的评价以团队为基础的教学法在高职护生老年护理学教学中的应用效果。方法将302名护生按班级分成两组,对照组采用以授课为基础的教学法,试验组采用以团队为基础的教学法。比较两组护生期末理论考试、学习积极主动性及学习投入情况。结果试验组护生期末理论考试成绩高于对照组(P0.01)。试验组护生学习积极主动性总分及学习驱动力、控制学习、扎实学习得分均高于对照组(P0.01或P0.05);试验组护生学习投入总分及活力、奉献得分均高于对照组(P0.05)。结论以团队为基础的教学法相对于常规的以授课为基础的教学法而言,更利于提升护生学习投入的程度,可以更大程度调动护生学习的积极性,对高职教育教学效果的提升及教学改革的推动具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of team-based learning (TBL) method in the course of Geriatric Nursing of vocational nursing students.Methods Totally,302 nursing students were divided into two groups according to class.Students in the control group received lecture-based method,while students in the experimental group received TBL method.Final theory tests,learning initiative and learning engagement in two groups were compared.Results Final theory tests,total score and dimension scores (learning driving,control learning and solid learning) of learning initiative,total score of learning engagement and scores of energy and dedication in the experimental group were all higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Team-based teaching method,compared to routine teaching-based method,is more conducive to improve nursing students' learning engagement,arouse students' learning enthusiasm,and has great significance on promotion of higher vocational education teaching effects and teaching reforms.
