脑外伤患者希望水平及其家庭关怀度的关系研究

目的探讨脑外伤患者希望水平及与其家庭关怀度的关系。方法采用Herth希望量表和家庭关怀度指数问卷对212例脑外伤患者进行问卷调查,采用分层回归分析探讨脑外伤患者希望水平的影响因素。结果 1脑外伤患者的希望水平总分为(28.55±4.30)分,其中希望水平较低者占18.87%,希望水平中等者占60.38%,希望水平较高者占20.75%;2脑外伤患者家庭关怀度总分为(7.47±1.56)分;3住院时间、家庭收入、亲密度、情感度和适应度是脑外伤患者希望水平的影响因素。结论脑外伤患者希望水平处于中等水平,家庭关怀度为脑外伤患者希望水平的影响因素,提高家庭关怀度,有利于改善其希望水平。

Study on the relationship between hope and family care in patients with traumatic brain injury

Objective To examine the relationship between hope and family care in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods Totally,212 patients with traumatic brain injury were investigated using Herth Hope Scale and the Family APGAR Index.Hierarchical regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors on the hope level among patients with traumatic brain injury.Results ①The average score of hope level was （28.55 ± 4.30） in patients with traumatic brain injury,and 18.87% of them were in the low level,60.38% of them were in the medium level,20.75% of them were in the high level.②The average score of Family APGAR Index was （7.47 ± 1.56）.③ The length of hospital stay,family income,intimacy,affection and adaptation were the influencing factors of hope level among patients with traumatic brain injury.Conclusion The hope level among patients with traumatic brain injury is in the middle level,and the family care is the influencing factor.Thus we could improve the hope level by improving the level of family care.
