Abstract: | The article provides an analysis of lifestyle factors among industrial workers in connection with their self-assessment of health status. The diet, physical activity, harmful habits, ethico-psychological atmosphere in the family has been assessed. The survey made it possible to detect certain regularities. Such self-assessments of health status as "poor" and "satisfactory" predominated among persons who had a low level of physical activity, irregular meals, smoke or systematically consume alcohol as compared to those conducting healthy lifestyle. |
