| 摘 要： | 目的：评价三种Q-开关激光治疗眶周色素沉着症的疗效。方法：83例患者随机分为A、B、C3组，A组和C组分别采用532nm和1064nm Q-开关Nd：YAG激光治疗，B组采用Q-开关翠绿宝石激光(755nm)治疗。结果：A组和C组疗效差，B组经4次及以上的治疗，总有效率可达82．1％，3组的总有效率的差异有显著性。结论：Q-开关翠绿宝石激光治疗眶周色素沉着症有较满意疗效，无明显副作用，可作为首选治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the effectiveness of Q - switched Nd: YAG laser (532 nm and 1 064 ran) and Q- switched alexandrite laser in the treatment of periorbital hyperpigmentation. Methods: Both group A (27 cases) and group C (28 cases) were treated with Q - switched Nd: YAG laser (532 nm and 1 064 nm), while group B (28 cases) were treated with Q - switched alexandrite laser(755 nm). Results: In group A and C, the total response rates were dissatisfactory. In group B, the total response rate was satisfactory. There was a significant difference in the total response rates among the different groups. Conclusion: Q-switched alexandrite laser is an effective therapy in the treatment of periorbital hyperpigmentation without side effects. |
