| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立麦冬对照药材皂苷成分特征图谱。方法 :采用C18固相萃取小柱预处理样品 ,电喷雾—质谱负离子全扫描法检测。结果 :从麦冬对照药材甲醇提取物负离子全扫描质谱图中选择 4强峰建立麦冬对照药材皂苷成分的特征图谱。结论 :该分析方法有较好的重现性 ,是快速、准确鉴别麦冬药材的好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish character Radix Opiopogonis .Methods:Using C 18 Solid-phase extration cartridges,we purified the main saponins from methanol extracts of Radix Opiopogonis standard herb,and then analyed the samples by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS)technique.Results:From the negative-ion full scan mass spectra of the standerd herb,we selected 4 higher peaks from mass spectra of Radix Opiopogonis and established herbal drugs character spectra.Conclusions:In this experiment,the methodological evalvation showed this method a reliable reproducibility and precision.Simply pretreatment,easily operation and rapidly analytic procedure proved that the method was highly effective,and it is specific and suits to identify Radix Opiopogonis . |
