| 摘 要： | 本文研究目的应用经阴道彩色多普勒（ＴＶＣＤ），观察药物流产正常过程及药流后出血延长子宫血流变化。结果显示：微绒毛缺损、蜕膜组织的残留以及用药后子宫肌壁血管扩张均可能是药流后出血延长的原因；近宫腔处子宫肌壁处出现局灶增强的血流丰富区，并测到滋养层频谱，对识别宫内残留具有诊断价值；清宫后滋养层血流消失，阴道出血停止

| Abstract: | Total sixty-five uterine blood flow cases were observed by TVCD(transvaginal color Doppler)in two groups of early pregnant women during medicinal abortion.They are cases of normal bleeding pattern and cases of prolonged uterine bleeding.Comparison results indicate that defects of microvilli,retention of decidual tissues and myometrial vasodilatation are the main causes of prolonged uterine bleeding.Trophoblastic blood flow(TBF)is more significant in incomplete abortion.Disappearing of TBF will end the prolonged uterine bleeding. |
