藏柴胡地上部分有效成分提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的研究藏柴胡地上部分的有效成分,优选提取工艺。方法采用正交实验进行提取工艺的优选,紫外可见分光光度法测定有效成分含量。结果藏柴胡地上部分茎叶中主要成分为黄酮类成分;最佳提取工艺:采用85%乙醇提取3次,提取2 h。结论所优选的提取工艺经济、可行。

Abstract:Objective To determine the active constituents in B. srnithii Wolff var. parui f oliurn Shan et Y. Li and the optimization of extraction technique. Methods Orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction technique and the UV/VIS spectrum was used to ascertain the total flavonoids. Results The optimization was 85% ethanol permeation, and extraction for 3 times for 2 h. Conclusion The method is feasible and economical.
