白细胞CD64、CD16在新生儿脐血中的表达

摘    要:目的 探讨新生儿脐血中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞CD64、CD16表达的临床特点。方法 对我院近2个月产科顺产分娩的健康足月新生儿共20例,利用流式细胞技术进行脐血中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞CD64、CD16表达的测定,与同期30例健康成人检测结果比较,以SPSS10.0软件进行统计学处理。结果 脐血中性粒细胞CD64表达的平均荧光道数(171.23±83.97道尔顿),高于成人对照组(98.05±44.92道尔顿),差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01);而CD16的表达(939.12±140.61道尔顿)明显低于对照组(1269.44±107.35道尔顿)(P〈0.01)。脐血淋巴细胞CD64、CD16表达的平均荧光道数(37.66±4.85道尔顿、84.42±51.23道尔顿)与成人淋巴细胞CD64、CD16的表达相比较(34.77±5.32道尔顿、81.07±50.11道尔顿)无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。脐血单核细胞CD64表达的平均荧光道数(291.08±118.91道尔顿)与成人单核细胞CD64(256.61±143.02道尔顿)比较,差异无显著性意义(P〉0.05);而CD16的表达(67.99±19.46道尔顿)较对照组(49.60±17.75道尔顿)明显升高(P〈0.01)。结论 脐血中性粒细胞CD64高水平表达,而CD16的表达降低;单核细胞CD16的表达升高。

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression of leucocyte CD64, CD16 in cord blood and its possible reason, Methods: The expressions of CD64, CD16 on neutrophils, lymphocytes and monocytes in cord blood from twenty normal neonates were investigated by flow cytometry, Meanwhile the whole blood samples from thirties adults were also studied. All statistical analyses were done with SPSS10. 0, Results: The expressions of CD64 on neutrophils in cord blood ( 171. 913 ± 87.01) were significantly higher than that of in adult controls (98.05 ±44.92) ( P 〈0.01) , while the expressions of CD16 (939. 12 ± 140. 61) were significantly lower than that of in controls ( 1269. 44 ± 107.35 ) ( P 〈 0. 01 ), The cord lymphocytes expressed only a small amount of CD64 (37.37 ± 4. 88 ), CD16 (84.42 ± 51.23) as adult lymphocytes (35.72 ± 6. 9), (81.07 ± 50. 11 ), no obvious difference between two groups ( P 〉0, 05). The expressions of CD64 on monocytes in cord blood (291.08 ±118. 91 ) were also the same as adult's monocytes (256. 61 ± 143. 02) ( P 〉0.05), but the expressions of CD16 (67. 99 ± 19. 46) were significantly higher than that of in adult controis (49. 60 ± 17.75 ) ( P 〈 0. 01 ), Conclusion: neonatal granulocytes expressed significantly higher levels of CD64 but significantly lower levels of CD16.
