| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍抗HIV/HBV病毒药物的不良反应,指导临床工作者早发现、早处理。方法:总结PubMed数据库及万方数据库近10年来35篇有关抗病毒药物不良反应的文章。结果:依非韦伦(efavirenz,EFV)常见的不良反应为中枢神经系统毒性、皮疹、脂代谢异常。替诺福韦(tenofovir,TDF)具有潜在肾毒性,主要导致肾小管损伤。阿德福韦酯(adefovir dipivoxil,ADV)的结构与TDF相似,均可导致肾毒性。蛋白酶抑制剂(protease inhibitorsPIs)主要不良反应为代谢综合征。拉米夫定(lamivudine,3TC)的不良反应事件少见,少数发生严重皮疹。结论:不同类型抗病毒药物具有不同的不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective： To Introduce adverse reactions of HAART for HIV/HBV coinfection： so that clinical staff can take actions on early detection and early treatment for adverse drug reactions. Methods： Through searching Pubmed database and Wanfang database, author obtained 35 articles on adverse reactions of antiviral treatment nearly the latest decade. Results： Common adverse reactions of EFV are the central nervous system toxicity, skin rash and dyslipidemia. TDF has potential nephrotoxicity, which can cause renal tubular damage. Because the structure of ADV is similar to TDF, both of them can lead to renal toxicity. Major adverse reactions of PIs are lipid metabolism. 3TC rarely causes adverse reactions, such as serious rashes. Conclusion： Different types of HAART drugs manifest different adverse reactions. |
