异丙酚与笑气用于人工流产的效果分析

目的 :观察异丙酚和笑气用于人工流产的临床效果。方法 :对 2 4例孕妇应用异丙酚和 36例孕妇吸入笑气行人工流产手术的镇痛效果进行比较分析。结果 :异丙酚组 2 4例有 2 3例安静接受手术 ,仅 1例有肢体活动 ,术中均无疼痛感 ,无痛率 10 0 %。笑气组 36例中的效果优者 (0级 ) 34例 ,达 94 % ,效果良者 (1级 ) 2例。镇痛作用在吸气后 30秒～ 4 0秒产生 ,镇痛作用强 ,操作方便。

Analysis and Comparison the Effect of Propofol Injection and Laughing gas for Artificial Abortion

s Objective: observe the clinical effect of propofol Injection and laughing gas for artificial abortion.Methods: A total of 24 cases were provided with propofol Injection under venoga anaesthesia.Another 36 cases were provided with laughing gas.Then observe the effect of analegsia in the operetion of artificial abortion.Results: 23 cases in the group of propofol Injection can have a peaceful operation.only one case has an activity of limbs but has not any pain,the hundred percent of ainless rate.The puncture of vein and the wward of breath and blood cycle are indispensable in order to maintaining a good anaesthesia need.In the group of laughing gas,the dffdct of 34 cases is best,(0 degree).the effect of the other 2 is better,The ninety-four percent of painless rate.The effect of analegsis appears in imbibing laughing gas 30-4- seconds later.The effect of analegsis is stronger,the effect of anaesthesia is weaker and the operation is convenient.
