小学生沙眼的调查报告

目的了解沙眼在小学生中的患病情况。方法对银川市农村、城郊及城区3所小学共1883人进行眼部检查，问卷调查、视力检查、裂隙灯检查。结果发现沙眼患者576人，患病率30．64％；农村小学404人，沙眼患者33．17％；城郊小学392人，沙眼患者130例，患病率33．16％；城区小学1087人，沙眼患者313例，患病率28．80％。农村与城市小学学生发病有显著性差异。结论沙眼的发病与性别、年龄无关，与家庭及社会生活环境有关；沙眼发病广度为70．44％，严重度为29．56％。

Survey of Trachoma in primary School of Yinchuan

Objective To survey trachoma in primary school of Yinchuan and to evaluate the risk factors of trachoma.Methods Primary school students of city,suburb and country in Yinchuan,were surveyed by questionnaire,vision examination,and silt lamp examination.Results 1883 students were surveyed.404,392 and 1087 students were surveyed in courtry,suburb and city,respectively.The incidence of trachoma were 33.17%,33.16% and 28.80% in courtry,suburb and city,respectively. The incidence of trachoma in courtry was higher than that in city(P<0.017).Conclusion The prevalence of trachoma is a remarkable problem in primary school of Yinchuan.The incidence of trachoma is associated with hygiene of family and environment.
