| 摘 要： | 目的建立快速、简便、准确的结核病诊断与鉴别诊断方法。方法采用法国进口一步免疫层析法结核抗体试剂(TB-CHECK-1)检测300例结核与非结核患者血清和全血中的结核抗体,并进行比较分析。结果肺结核与肺外结核患者结核抗体阳性率均显著高于非结核患者。结论该检测方法操作简便、快速,准确率较高,可作为结核病诊断及鉴别诊断的方法之一。
