| 摘 要： | 目的探讨长春西汀注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法将88例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各44例，治疗组予长春西汀注射液治疗，对照组予复方丹参注射液治疗，连用2周，于治疗前后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.56%，对照组总有效率为73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；治疗前后椎-基底动脉平均峰流速改变及收缩压的变化差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论长春西汀对椎-基底动脉供血不足有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective Effect of Vinpocetine for patients with vertebrobasilar insuficiency （VBI）. Methods 88 VBI patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（ n = 44）and the control group（ n = 44）. the treatment group received treatment of Vinpocetine injection 40 mg/d, the control group received treatment of Fufang Danshen injection 20 ml/d. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the index before treatment, the index of the average peak velocity of the vertebral basilar artery and the systolic blood pressure was obviously improved （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of Vinpocetine in treatment of VBI is obvious. |
