摘    要:临床护理教学过程本身是一个系统,它主要由带教老师、实习护生、教育内容、教学方法这四种最基本的要素构成。传统的临床护理教学中普遍存在着教与学的不和谐现象。本文依据系统论的观点和思想,分析了这四种最基本的要素所构成的六种关系,力求四个要素之间始终处于一种密切配合、互相协调的和谐状态,从而提高临床护理教学的质量。

Abstract:The clinical teaching course itself is a system, which mainly consists of the tutors, the trainee nurses, education contentsand teaching methods. There are inharmonious phenomena in traditional clinical teaching . According to the views of system theory, toanalyze the six relations of the four elementary elements, to strive to reach a harmonious state between the four relations about closecooperation and analysis coordination, then to improve the clinical teaching quality.
