OCT在白内障超声乳化术后黄斑微小病变早期诊断中的应用

目的探讨应用光学相干断层成像术（optical coherence tomography,OCT）早期诊断白内障超声乳化术后低视力眼黄斑微小病变的作用。方法对行白内障超声乳化术后3d，最佳矫正视力低于0．3，排除眼前节和光学通路等并发症、眼底镜检查怀疑黄斑病变的患者31例31眼行黄斑OCT检查，对所得结果进行分析。结果黄斑OCT检查：16眼为黄斑水肿，其中并发视网膜前膜形成者7眼；13眼为黄斑板层裂孔；2眼为黄斑区视网膜劈裂。结论在影响白内障超声乳化术后视功能恢复的各种因素中，以视网膜特别是黄斑区视网膜微小病变为主，OCT作为一种新型的高分辨率的视网膜断层成像技术，对于白内障术后造成低视力的黄斑微小病变的早期诊断、病情追踪和治疗效果观察均具有指导作用。眼科新进展2005；25（5）：434—435]

Application of OCT in the early diagnosis of macular micropathology after cataract phacoemulsification

Objective To evaluate the value of OCT in the early diagnosis of macular micropathology with low visual acuity eyes after cataract phacoemulsification.Methods Thirty-one eyes of thirty-one cases with low visual acuity and without complications of ocular anterior segment and optical pathway,which were suspected macular micropathology 3 days after cataract phacoemulsification,were examined with OCT and analysed.Results OCT showed 16 eyes with macular edema and 7 eyes of them combined with epimacular membrane formation,13 eyes with the lamellar macular hole and 2 eyes with retinoschisis.Conclusion The macular micropat-hology was the main factor in infecting visual functions after cataract phacoemulsification.OCT is a new technique of retinal tomography with sensitive resolving power.It is very valuable in the early diagnosis of macular micropathology with low visual acuity,follow-up and futher treatment after cataract phacoemulsification.
