摘    要:目的探讨应用光学相干断层成像术(optical coherence tomography,OCT)早期诊断白内障超声乳化术后低视力眼黄斑微小病变的作用。方法对行白内障超声乳化术后3d,最佳矫正视力低于0.3,排除眼前节和光学通路等并发症、眼底镜检查怀疑黄斑病变的患者31例31眼行黄斑OCT检查,对所得结果进行分析。结果黄斑OCT检查:16眼为黄斑水肿,其中并发视网膜前膜形成者7眼;13眼为黄斑板层裂孔;2眼为黄斑区视网膜劈裂。结论在影响白内障超声乳化术后视功能恢复的各种因素中,以视网膜特别是黄斑区视网膜微小病变为主,OCT作为一种新型的高分辨率的视网膜断层成像技术,对于白内障术后造成低视力的黄斑微小病变的早期诊断、病情追踪和治疗效果观察均具有指导作用。眼科新进展2005;25(5):434—435]

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of OCT in the early diagnosis of macular micropathology with low visual acuity eyes after cataract phacoemulsification.Methods Thirty-one eyes of thirty-one cases with low visual acuity and without complications of ocular anterior segment and optical pathway,which were suspected macular micropathology 3 days after cataract phacoemulsification,were examined with OCT and analysed.Results OCT showed 16 eyes with macular edema and 7 eyes of them combined with epimacular membrane formation,13 eyes with the lamellar macular hole and 2 eyes with retinoschisis.Conclusion The macular micropat-hology was the main factor in infecting visual functions after cataract phacoemulsification.OCT is a new technique of retinal tomography with sensitive resolving power.It is very valuable in the early diagnosis of macular micropathology with low visual acuity,follow-up and futher treatment after cataract phacoemulsification.
