| 摘 要： | 急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)一直保持着很高的病死率,ALI/ARDS的发病机制和改善其症状的药物有了很多新进展。本文将重点阐述ALI/ARDS临床药物方面的进展,包括肺表面活性物质替代疗法、糖皮质激素、氧自由基消除剂、抗氧化剂及免疫治疗、液体管理策略、选择性环核菌酸磷=酯酶抑制剂及内皮素受体拮抗剂等。

| Abstract: | Acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome（ALI/ARDS）have maintained a very high mortality rate.In recent years,a lot of new progress are accessed in the pathogenesis of ALI/ARDS and their therapeutic drugs for improving symptom.This article will focus on clinical progress of therapeutic drugs for ALI/ARDS,such as：pulmonary surfactant replacement therapy,glucocorticoids,remover of oxygen free radicals,antioxidants,immunization therapy,strategy of fluid management,selective PDE inhibitors and endothelin-receptor antagonist. |
