重庆市南岸区2010年土源性线虫感染现状调查研究

摘    要:目的分析重庆市南岸区人群土源性线虫感染的分布现状,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法按照《重庆市土源性线虫病现状调查方案》规定的方法和要求进行。根据地理位置和经济条件两特征分层抽样到乡镇、街道,再随机整群抽样到村,抽到的村为调查点;用改良藤涂片法(Kato-Kolz厚涂片法)检查粪便标本中各种虫卵,另外用透明胶纸肛拭法查蛲虫卵。用SAS8.2版统计分析软件,进行χ2检验,α=0.05。结果共调查2 066人,查出4种土源性线虫,蛔虫、蛲虫、鞭虫、钩虫的感染率分别为0.48%、1.90%、0.10%、16.36%,人群土源性线虫总感染率为17.13%,海棠溪街道土源性线虫感染率(2.37%)最低,长生桥镇土源性线虫感染率(28.80%)最高,农村的土源性线虫感染率远远高于城市的土源性线虫感染率。以农民为职业的感染率最高达26.08%,感染率以文盲文化程度者最高达25.99%。结论经过此次调查,掌握了南岸区本底病情资料,为南岸区下一步防治土源性线虫病提供了科学依据。
