依达拉奉联合血塞通对急性脑梗死患者C反应蛋白及纤维蛋白原的影响

目的:评价依达拉奉联合血塞通对急性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及纤维蛋白原(Fg)的影响。方法:将80例急性脑梗死患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予注射用血塞通0.4g·d-1,静脉滴注;治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用依达拉奉注射液30mg·d-1,静脉滴注,2组疗程均为14d。治疗前及治疗第14天后分别测定患者的血浆CRP和Fg浓度并进行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果:治疗第14天,2组血浆CRP和Fg浓度及NIHSS评分与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组血浆CRP和Fg浓度及NIHSS评分与对照组比较也明显降低(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合血塞通能使急性脑梗死患者升高的血浆CRP和Fg浓度降低,对急性脑梗死患者的治疗安全、有效。

Effects of Edaravone Combined with Xuesaitong on Plasma C-reactive Protein and Fibrinogen in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the effects of edaravone combined with xuesaitong on plasma C-reactive protein （CRP） and fibrinogen （Fg） in patients with acute cerebral infarction. METHODS： 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given Xuesaitong for injection 0.4 g·d-1 via i.v. and treatment group was given Edaravone injection 30 mg·d-1 on the basis of control group for 14 days. The levels of plasma CRP and Fg were measured and NIH Stroke Scales （NIHSS） score was conducted before and after treatment. RESULTS： After 14 day treatment, plasma CRP, Fg and NIHSS score in 2 groups decreased significantly（P0.01）, and the decreases of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group （P0.05）. There was no significant difference between 2 groups in ADR（P0.05）. CONCLUSION： The intravenous injection of edaravone with xuesaitong decreases the levels of plasma CRP and Fg concentration and is safe and effective for patients with acute cerebral infarction.
