血塞通联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

目的:观察血塞通注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将我院UAP住院患者148例随机均分为2组,对照组采用注射血塞通注射液10～20mL治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用小剂量氯吡格雷(75mg·d-1)。观察2组临床疗效及对血液流变学和C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响,分析2组疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.8%;对照组总有效率为72.9%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:血塞通注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗UAP疗效显著且安全性良好。

Clinical Observation of Xuesaitong Injection Combined with Clopidogrel Bisulfate in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

OBJECTIVE：To observe clinical efficacy of xuesaitong injection combined with clopidogrel bisulfate in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris （UAP）, and compare the effectiveness and safety of Xuesaitong injection alone and drug combination. METHODS： 148 UAP cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. 74 cases in control group were given Xuesaitong injection（10～20 mL）; 74 cases in treatment group were given small dose of clopidogrel bisulfate（75 mg·d-1） on the basis of control group. Clinical efficacy, effects of therapy on hemorheology and plasma CRP in 2 groups were observed, and clinical efficacy and side effect of 2 groups were analyzed. RESULTS： In treatment group,the total effective rate was 87.8%; in control group, the total effective rate was 72.9%. There was statistical significance in the difference of total effective rate between 2 groups （P0.05）. Both groups had no serious ADR. CONCLUSION： Xuesaitong injection combined with clopidogrel bisulfate has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of UAP and clinical safety is good.
