| 摘 要： | 目的:观察硝酸甘油联合小剂量多巴胺治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将我院2008年2月-2010年12月收治的慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者68例,随机均分为试验组和对照组。对照组采取常规抗感染、氧疗、化痰利尿、止咳平喘以及对症治疗等处理,其中心率每分钟高于100次者配合去乙酰毛花苷注射液0.2mg,静脉推注;试验组在常规治疗基础上给予硝酸甘油6～10mg+多巴胺20mg,qd,治疗7～10d。比较2组临床疗效及住院天数。结果:试验组的总有效率(97.06%)高于对照组(67.65%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组平均住院天数少于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未见严重不良反应。结论:硝酸甘油联合小剂量多巴胺治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭疗效确切,安全性较好。
