老年糖尿病患者血糖监测的调查与分析

目的；研究老年糖尿病（DM）患者血糖监测的情况及其影响因素。方法：采用自制调查表对50例住院老年DM患者（其中7例备有血糖仪）血糖监测情况进行调查，根据存在的问题进行针对性健康教育，教会患者正确使用血糖仪，如何监测血糖。出院2周后进行随访，了解患者血糖监测及血糖控制的情况。结果：接受健康教育前后的DM患者在血糖监测方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）结论：健康教育和血糖监测能较好了改善DM患者的健康行为和控制血糖。

Study and analysis on the monitoring of blood sugar in aged patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the situation and affected factors of blood sugar monitoring in aged patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Method 50 aged cases with DM were selected and surveyed by self-designed questionnaire on monitoring of blood sugar(7 cases with the apparatus managing blood sugar).Based on the existing problems,method of blood sugar monitoring was taught by health education,the patients were followed up for 2 weeks and analysis were concluded.Results There was significant difference in skills of monitoring blood sugar in aged DM patients before and after health education(P<0.01).Conclusion The health education and monitoring of blood sugar can improve the health behavior and the control of blood sugar in DM patients.
