老年精神分裂症脑脊液中tau蛋白与认知功能

目的：探讨脑脊液中ｔａｕ蛋白与认知功能缺损之间的关系。方法：精神分裂症组３７例，其他神经系统疾病组２６例，Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ病组４５例，对精神分裂症患者评定阳性阴性症状量表，Ｆｕｌｄ物体记忆测验，言辞流畅测验，积木测验及数字广度测验。采用酶联免疫吸附分析检测３组患者中ｔａｕ蛋白浓度。

CSF tau protein level and cognitive function in sennile dementia

Objective:To explore the relationship between cognitive function deficit and tau protein CSF level in senile dementia. Method:CSF tau protein level was assayed in 37 cases of late onset schizophrenia (S),26 cases of neurological diseases (OND) and 45 cases of Alzheimer disease(AD) with ELISA.The schizophrenic patients were further assessed with the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS),Fuld Object Memory Test(FOM),Rapid Verbal Retrieval Test(RVR).Block Design (BD)and Digital Span (DS). Results:The negative symptoms were dominant with low FOM score in the schizophrenic patients.There was significant correlation between the RVR and BD while no significant relationship existed between the CSF tau protein level and the negative symptoms or cognitive functions assessed. Conclusion:Negative symptoms are important factors affecting cognitive function in late onset schizophrenia. No direct correlation exists between negative symptoms and CSF tau protein level.
