| 摘 要： | 目的了解少数民族大学生艾滋病KAP(知识、态度、行为)现状,为探索性健康教育和行为干预提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样法抽取河池学院1-3年级少数民族1 014名大学生进行匿名自填问卷调查。结果对艾滋病的3大传播途径的知晓率为79.84%;非传播途径的知晓率为82.29%;预防知识的知晓率为77.44%;有95.17%的学生认为对艾滋病病人值得同情;7.50%的学生有过性行为,但其中只有26.32%的学生在性行为时使用安全套;88.63%的学生希望通过学校获得系统的相关艾滋病知识。结论少数民族大学生对艾滋病相关知识的了解相对欠缺,健康教育亟待加强。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status of knowledge and attitudes towards AIDS among national minority university students in the multi-national area and to provide evidence for exploring and promoting the feasible health education and the behavior intervention.Method 1 014 national minority university students were selected by cluster sampling from grade 1 to 3 in Hechi College and investigated using anonymous questionnaire survey.Results Among the students investigated,the awareness rate of AIDS's three big dissemination way,non-dissemination way and prevention knowledge were 79.84%,82.29% and 77.44% respectively.95.17% students thought the AIDS patients be worth sympathizing.7.5% students had the sex act,only 26.32% of them in the use of condoms when having sex.88.6% students hoped to obtain systemic knowledge related to AIDS from the school.Conclusions The national minority university students are relatively short of knowledge understanding related to AIDS.It is urgent to strengthen the health education. |
