| 摘 要： | [目的]研究职业紧张对交警血浆中多巴胺与IL-6的影响. [方法]对122名交警运用简明职业紧张问卷进行职业紧张程度评定,测定其血浆中的多巴胺与IL-6浓度,多巴胺采用高效液相色谱技术检测,IL-6采用夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测. [结果]不同职业紧张程度人群的多巴胺差异无统计学意义;而职业紧张程度低、中、高组间,IL-6水平分别为1.550 0.773、1.601±0.714、1.919±0.981ng/mL,呈现递增趋势,但P=0.148,无统计学意义.工作回报低、中、高组间比较,IL-6分别为2.443±1.234、1.723±0.847、1.737±0.952ng/mL,P=0.011,差异有统计学意义.低回报组的IL-6水平明显高于中、高回报组,差异有统计学意义. [结论]职业紧张对血浆中多巴胺含量无明显影响,而职业紧张程度高、低工作回报会导致IL-6水平增高.
