| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨陈旧性泪小管断裂不同治疗方法的治疗效果.方法:采用眼睑前叶切开-弯针法,眼睑全层切开-弯针法治疗陈旧性泪小管断裂.结果:陈旧性泪小管断裂的治愈率,眼睑前叶切开-弯针法为68.42%,眼睑全层切开-弯针法为57.14%.结论:眼睑前叶切开-弯针法,眼睑全层切开-弯针法治疗陈旧性泪小管断裂效果较好.

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the treatment effects for old lacerated cananiculi with different operative modes. Methods: Old lacerated cananiculi were treated with incision on anterior part of eyelid bend needle and incision on whole layer eyelid bend needle. Results: The cure rates of old lacerated cananiculi were 68.42% for incision on anterior part of eyelid bend needle, and 57.42 % for incision on whole layer eyelid. Conclusion: The effects of old lacerated cananiculi treated with incision on anterior part of eyelid bend needle and incision on whole layer eyelid bend needle are good. |
