| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期康复护理对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者近期预后的影响.方法:将145例患者随机分为两组,观察组15例和对照组10例,观察组给予早期康复运动联合阶梯心理康复护理;对照组给予一般常规护理及心理指导.结果:观察组较对照组在平均住院天数、平均六分钟步行距离、不良心理反应均有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论:对急性心肌梗死患者进行早期康复护理较常规护理能明显改善患者的心功能、减少不良心理反应、缩短住院天数.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on short-term prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods: One hundred and forty five patients with AMI were randomly divided into observation group(n=75) and control group(n=70).Early rehabilitation exercise combined with ladder-mode mentality rehabilitation nursing was applied in observation group and routine nursing care with common mentality guidance was taken in control group.Results: The significant difference was found in the comparison of mean days of hospitalization,walking distance within 6 min.and bad psychological reaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing care can more effectively improve heart functions of patients,reduce bad psychological reaction and shorten the days of hospitalization. |
