部分液体通气对大鼠内毒素肺损伤的治疗作用

目的：探讨部分液体通气对内毒素急性肺损伤的治疗效果。方法：１６只ＳＤ大鼠经颈静脉注射内毒素制成急性肺损伤模型后，随机分为两组：急性肺损伤（ＡＬＩ）组和部分液体通气（ＰＬＶ）组。所有动物行机械通气，ＰＬＶ组在注射内毒素３０ｍｉｎ后经气管插管给予氟碳液，剂量１０ｍｌ／ｋｇ，造成ＡＬＩ，在６ｈ内测定血气、血流动力学和外周血白细胞计数，实验结束后取肺作病理检查。结果：两组对循环功能无明显影响，ＰＬＶ可改善

Treatment of partial liquid ventilation for endotoxin-induced lung injury in rats

Objective: To investigate the possibility and efficacy of partial liquid ventilation in rats with endotoxin induced lung injury. Methods: Sixteen Sprague Dawley rats with acute lung injury induced by endotoxin were randomly assigned to two groups: acute lung injury(ALI) group and partial liquid ventilation(PLV) group. All animals received conventional mechanical ventilation,but in PLV group administration of 10 ml/kg of perfluorocarbon was given intratracheally 30 min after endotoxin injection. Blood gas, MAP, HR, WBC and pathiology were assessed during the experimental period. Results: The circulation of both groups remained unchanged. The values of PaO 2 and pH in PLV group were higher than those in ALI group. The inflamatory response in PLV group seemed less significant than that in ALI group. Conclusion: PLV might significantly improve gas exchange and acute lung injury in rats. [
