| 摘 要： | 目的探索大学生网络依赖的团体心理咨询效果,为大学生网络依赖的干预提供依据。方法整群抽取江苏大学8595名学生进行Young网络依赖问卷进行评估,对Young网络依赖量表得分超过40分并符合网络依赖的临床界定标准人群再进行分层抽样,结合面谈甄选出160人作为研究对象。其中80人为试验组,80人为对照组。试验组进行2d的集中团体咨询(20h)和每周1次的强化咨询(5h/次)4次,3个月后用Young网络依赖问卷测查和行为测查问卷进行评估;对照组给予学校常规思想政治教育。结果咨询后,试验组(50.40±13.13)Young网络依赖诊断问卷总分均低于咨询前(36.92±12.79)(P=0.000),也低于对照组(45.18±7.56)(P=0.01)。结论连续、集中式团体咨询是一种有效的干预大学生网络依赖方法。 |
