| 摘 要： | 观察系列乳癖合对豚鼠乳腺增生动物模型的影响，阐明其作用机理。方法以苯甲酸雌二醇造成豚鼠乳腺增生病模型，分别灌服天冬素片水溶液及择期灌乳系列乳癖合剂，观察其乳腺腺大小变化、组织病理变化、血中性激素含量。结论系列乳癖合剂能降低实验性豚鼠血中雌二醇含量。

Study on a Series of Rubi Mixtures in Treating Experimental Mastoplasia of Guinea-pigs |

| Abstract: | OBJECT:To observe the influence of a series of Rubi mixtures on guinea-pig model with mastoplasia, so as to elucidate their mechanisms of action. METHOD:The model was made by estradiol benzoate, the solution of aspartic acid and a series of Rubi mixtures were taken in different time by these animals respectively, the size of mammary gland, histopathological change and the content of blood sex hormone were observed. RESULT: This series of mixtures could alleviate the experimental mastoplasia of guinea-pigs, subtract the increased value of breast and reduce blood estradiol content, so their effects was better than that of aspartic acid. CONCLUSIONA: series of Rubi mixtures could reduce the blood estradiol content of experimental guinea-pig. |
