城市农民工心理状态调查分析

目的：探讨城市农民工的心理健康状况。方法：采用SCL-90量表，对3996名城市农民工进行调查，将调查结果进行统计与分析。结果：城市农民工SCL-90的总分、总均分、阳性数目数、阴性数目数，各因子的均数、标准差均高于国内常模（U检验，P〈0．01）。城市农民工心理问题的发生率为5．4％至39．9％之间，常见的心理问题为焦虑、人际关系敏感、抑郁、偏执、敌意。结论：城市农民工在一系列心理社会因素的长期困扰下，容易出现各种心理问题，应当引起社会的广泛重视。

The psychological evaluation of the peasant workers in the city

Objective:To evaluate mental health among peasant workers in the city.Methods:Data from 4453 participants using self-report Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) are statistically analyzed.Results: All the following parameters,total scores,total average scores,positive symptom total,negative symptom total,factor means,standard deviation,are all significantly higher in peasant workers than the normal group(U test,P<0.01).Psychological problems occur at higher rates ranging from 5.4% to 39.9% among these workers.Common psychological problems include anxiety,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,paranoid ideation and anger-hostility.Conclusions: Peasant workers undergo prolonged social and psychological stresses.They are more likely to suffer from a variety of psychological problems and should draw our public attentions on their metal health.
