| 摘 要： | 目的:观察六味地黄丸治疗慢性肾功能衰竭对内皮素(ET)、白介素-8(IL-8)及肌酐(Cr)的影响。方法:将36例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各18例。对照组单纯以西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服中成药六味地黄丸。3周为1疗程 观察2组治疗前后ET、IL-8及Cr水平的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后ET、IL-8、Cr等指标均较治疗前显著回落(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄丸治疗慢性肾功能衰竭能明显改善肾功能,对慢性肾衰有较好的辅助疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the influence of Liuwei Di-huang Wan (LDW) on the changes of endothelin (ET), inter-leukin - 8(IL - 8) and creatinine (Cr) levels in chronic renal ure (CRF). Methods: 36 cases were allocated to treatment group (18 cases) and control group (18 cases) randomly. The control group was treated by western medicine (WM) alone, and the traetment group by WM added with LDW. Three weeks constituted a course of treatment, and ET, IL - 8 and Cr levels were observed before and after treatment. Results: ET, IL - 8 and Cr were markedly decreased in treatment group after treatment ( P < 0. 05), and were significantly different as compared with control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: LDW can markedly improve the renal function in CRF and may serve as a subsidiary agent for the treatment of CRF. |
