心理干预对海洛因依赖者家庭功能的影响

目的 探讨心理干预对海洛因依赖者家庭功能的影响.方法 将106例海洛因依赖者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,两组均予以美沙酮治疗,疗程均为1年.在此基础上对观察组患者实施心理干预措施,每月1次,每次90 min左右.采用家庭功能评定问卷(FAD)对两组患者分别于心理干预前及干预结束时进行评定.结果 心理干预结束时,观察组患者的问题解决、沟通、角色、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制及总的功能分量表评分均显著低于对照组(t=2.14、2.83、3.32、2.47、2.01、2.27、2.71,P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 心理干预有助于提高海洛因依赖者的家庭功能.

Effects of psychological intervention on family function of heroin addicts

Objective To explore the effects of psychological intervention on family on function of heroin addicts. Methods 106 patients with heroin addicts were divided into observation group (n = 53) and control group (n = 53) . Both groups received methadone treatment, but patients in the observation group received psy-chological interventions for 1 year. All of cases were tested with Family Assessment Device (FAD) before psycho-logical intervention and 1 year after psychological intervention. Results At the end of psychological intervention, the scores of problem solving, communication, roles, effective responsivenss, effective involvement, behavior control and general function of the observed group were significant lower than that of the control group (t = 2. 14,2.83, 3.32, 2.47, 2.01, 2.27, 2.71, P＜0.05 orP＜0.01) .Conclusion Psychological intervention could improve family function of heroin addicts.
