部队卫生装备维修保障质量影响因素及控制方法研究

目的：研究分析部队卫生装备维修保障质量影响因素及维修质量控制方法,为卫生装备维修管理和卫勤保障提供决策依据。方法：将维修质量影响因素概括为4个方面,即维修人员素质、检修设备完好性、备品备件的质量和维修管理制度等,在着重分析部队卫生装备维修质量影响因素的基础上,结合具体维修实例,介绍了维修质量管理的基本程序及质量控制方法。结果：得出了部队卫生装备维修保障中有效维修的质量管理程序及质量控制方法。结论：作为卫生装备维修保障质量控制的一种基本的思路和方法,对获取最佳维修效果,促进装备质量管理具有现实的指导作用。

Study on Affecting Factors for Military Medical Equipment Maintenance Quality and Their Control Methods

Objective To study the affecting factors of maintenance quality and their control methods for military medical equipment in order to make a valuable reference to the decision-making of maintenance organization for the further medical support.Methods The affecting factors of maintenance quality were summarized into four aspects as following：maintenance personnel quality,maintenance equipment readiness,spare parts quality and maintenance management system.Based on the analysis of the affecting factors of maintenance quality for military medical equipment,the general procedure of quality management and the quality control method was put forward by combining the maintenance case.Results An effective procedure of quality management and the quality control method was made in maintenance support for military medical equipment.Conclusion As a basic idea and method,the quality control of maintenance support plays an important role in making optimum repairing effect and guiding military medical equipment organization.
