摘    要:对30名正常青年人分别采用左、右手按键测定听觉事件相关电位(ERP)。我们发现,当靶刺激或非靶刺激出现时,不同的手按键,各导联诱发的P_3或P_2波的潜伏期无明显差异(P>0.05),但当靶刺激出现时,不同的手按键能引起按键手对侧半球后部P_3波电位值的降低,而颅顶中线各导联之P_3波电位值无明显差异。

Abstract:The auditory Event-Related Potentials (ERPs) were determined by pressing keyboard with left and right hand respectively in 30 young normal subjects.No remarkable difference (P>0.05) was found between the latency of P3 wave evoked by each lead when we pressed the keyboard with different hand at the time of target or non-target stimulation;but when target stimulation emerged,pressing keyboard with defferent hand could result in decrease of potential value of P3 wave on the opposite hemisphere of keyboard-pressing hand,whereas no remarkable difference was found between potential values of P3 waves of each lead along the median line of parietal skull.
