摘    要:烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶(Nampt)又称内脏脂肪素(Visfatin)和前B细胞克隆增强因子。研究发现,Nampt是催化烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷(NAD)合成的限速酶,也是一种脂肪因子、细胞因子,参与免疫、代谢和应激等相关生理病理过程;值得关注的是,Nampt参与了一系列与炎症相关的疾病,包括急性肺损伤、动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、肥胖、2型糖尿病、关节炎等,因而Nampt被认为是炎症相关疾病的治疗药物开发新靶点。本文就Nampt在炎症中的作用研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (Nampt) is also called visfatin or pre-B-cell colony-enhancing factor. The functions of Nampt have been reported as a cytokine, an adipokine and the rate-limiting enzyme in nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide biosynthesis. As a pleiotropic multifunctional protein, Nampt is involved in a variety of physiological and pathological conditions including innate immunity, metabolic disorders, and stress; and Nampt also participates in inflammatory disorders such as acute lung injury, atherosclerosis, myocardial infarct, obesity, type 2 diabetes, and rheumatoid arthritis. The studies indicate that Nampt might be a potential target for pharmacological intervention against inflammatory diseases. We review research advances on the roles of Nampt in inflammation.
