| 摘 要： | 妊娠期急性脂肪肝是罕见的妊娠期特发性疾病，严重危及孕产妇及围产儿的生命安全。早期识别和诊断是减少严重并发症、改善预后的关键。临床医师需重视妊娠期急性脂肪肝患者早期非特异的临床症状和高危因素，结合实验室检查，为临床早期诊断提供依据。

| Abstract: | Acute fatty liver of pregnancy is rare, and it seriously endangers the safety of the mother and fetus. Early identification and diagnosis of the disease play the key role of reducing the serious complications and improving the prognosis of the patients. Clinicians need to play attention to early nonspecific clinical symptoms, risk factors and laboratory examination, which provide evidences for diagnosing acute fatty liver of pregnancy in the early period. |
