络脉舒通颗粒对不稳定型心绞痛疗效的临床观察

目的　观察中药组方对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法　 82例患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 40例 ,对照组 42例。治疗组给予络脉舒通颗粒和常规西药治疗 ,对照组给予常规西药治疗 ,观察治疗前后临床症状和实验室检查指标的变化。结果　经治疗 4周后 ,TXB2 ,ET 1降低 ,NO升高 ;WBC ,ESR ,CRP ,Fb降低 ,APTT ,TT ,P 选择素降低 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论　络脉舒通颗粒治疗不稳定型心绞痛可能通过保护内皮、抗血小板活化、解痉等机制获得效果。

Clinical Observation on Treating Unstable Angina by Luomaishutong Granule and Its Mechanism

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Luomaishutong Granule on unstable angina and to explore its mechanism. Methods Eighty-two patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP)were divided into treating group(40 cases)and control group(42 cases)at random.Results Conventional western medicine was given to both the groups. At the same time, the treating group was dosed Luomaishutong granule additionally. The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatment in both the groups. The levels of the TXB2, ET-1, APTT, TT, P selectin, WBC, ESR, CRP, Fb were decreased while the level of NO was increased remarkably in the treating group after treatment, which was statically different when compared with those of the control group P<0.05 or P<0.01. Conclusion Luomaishutong granule is effective on UAP acting through improving endothelium function, inhibiting platelet activation and relieving spasm of coronary artery.
