| 摘 要： | 为了建立盐酸小檗碱片新的含量测定方法，采用分光光度法与ＨＰＬＣ法，同时与碘量法对比。结果：分光光度法与ＨＰＬＣ法专属性更强，可检测故意造假的产品。结论：分光光度法与ＨＰＬＣ法测定结果更准确、可靠。

| Abstract: | To make a new method of content assay of the berberine hydrochloride tablet, take spectrophotometric method and HPLC assay and compare with iodometric method at the same time. Results: The specificity of spectrophotometric mehtod and HPLC assay is stronger and can check out the forged product, so they are more accurate and reliable. |
