复方丹参注射液治疗2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的临床研究

目的观察复方丹参注射液对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法将86例控制不良的2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,对照组保持原有糖尿病饮食、运动、生活规律及降糖药物不变等基础治疗;治疗组45例在与对照组基础治疗相同的情况下加用复方丹参注射液治疗。观察对2组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hBG)、胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及血压、血脂、血液流变学、胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)的影响。结果治疗组治疗后FPG、餐后2 hPG、HbA1c及血压、血脂、血液流变学指标均有显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),ISI明显升高(P<0.05),而对照组治疗后上述指标无改变(P>0.05)。结论复方丹参注射液具有改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的作用。

Study of Fufang danshen injection on insuline resistance of patients with diabetic

Objective To study the effect of Fufang danshen injection on insuline resistance of patients with diabetic.Methods 86 patients with diabetic who regulate infault were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group(n=41) were treated by original foundation therapy.Patients in treatment group(n=45) were treated by combination of Fufang danshen injection and original foundation therapy.FBG,2 hBG,INS,blood pressure,lipid,hemorrheology and ISI were observed in both groups.Results FES,2 hPBS,INS,blood pressure,lipid and hemorrheology after treatment obviously decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05) compared with those before treatment in treatment group.ISI obviously increased(P<0.05).There was no changes in above-mentioned indexes after treatment in control group(P>0.05).There were significant differences between two groups after treatment in all indexes of insuline resistance.Conclusion Fufang danshen injection can improve insuline resistance of patients with diabetic.
