| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍椎管前外侧减压术对陈旧必胸腰段脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤的治疗效果。方法：对２４例陈旧性胸腰段骨折伴不全瘫者的临床资料进行总结。结果：术后平均随访２１个月，术前Ｆｒａｎｋｅｌ分级为Ｂ级的９例，术后肌力进步、感觉改善；术前Ｃ－Ｄ级１５例中１３例恢复满意，恢复到Ｅ级的共８例，其中１例病程长达２４年，术后肌力进步Ⅰ－Ⅱ级。２例疗效欠佳。结论：椎管前外侧减压术对晚期陈旧性胸腰段脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤者有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effectiveness of treating the old fracture of thoracolumbar spine with spinal cord injury,through the operation of anterolateral decompression of spinal canal.Methods:The clinical data about twenty-four cases of the old fracture of thoracolumbar spine with partial parap-legia were collected.Results:All patients were followed-up for twenty- one months on average after operation.Both muscle strength and skin sensation were improved in nine cases with Frankel Grade.Fifteen cases with Frankel Grade C-D recovered satisfactorily,and eight of these cases reached Frankel Grade E,but the treatment effectiveness was poor in two cases.Conclusion:Anterolateral decompression is effective in ereating the old fracture of thoracolumber spine with spinal cord injury. |
